There are 3 new and exciting developments in Gibson Oncology

NINDS – Phase II Trial with LMP 744

The NINDS has begun treating patients in our Phase II study on the use of LMP 744 in GBM patients who have failed their initial drug. The first patient has satisfactorily completed the first course of treatment without complications.

Mayo Clinic – Residual Tumor Reduction

The Mayo Clinic is beginning a clinical trial on the use of LMP 744 in reducing residual tumor burden in patients with GBM who are in a period of temporary stability after treatment with radiation and temozolomide. In these patients with temporary stability, LMP744 is designed to reduce tumor burden and decrease the likelihood of recurrence.

Duke University – Preclinical Studies on LMP 400

Duke University’s Robert Preston Tisch Brain Tumor Center has conducted multiple studies on our 2nd agent (LMP 400) in PDX studies of ATRX deficient GBM tumors. This agent has already completed Phase I clinical trials studies in patient with various tumors. Based on that new data in brain tumors, it is moving on to other advanced animal studies designed to support new clinical studies on LMP 400 in brain tumors.
